Kynersoft apps have no advertising or cross-app tracking, and Kynersoft does not sell personal information.

Website analytics

We use first-party, cookieless analytics to understand visits and improve the site. We record the page, referral and campaign source, anonymous session identifier, browser and device characteristics, language, time zone, screen and viewport size, approximate country and region supplied by our hosting provider, and page performance. We do not collect precise location, advertising identifiers, contact lists, passwords, payment details, or cross-site browsing history.

App requests and contact forms

When you submit a form, we store the name, email address, app idea, and details you provide so Stephen Kyner can evaluate and respond. Submissions are private business records and are not sold. Do not submit passwords, payment information, health records, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.

Kynersoft apps

Calculations, creations, game progress, favorites, and song libraries remain on your device unless an app clearly offers optional Apple iCloud synchronization or an online search. Optional third-party services are identified in the applicable app and used only when you choose that feature.

Retention and choices

Operational analytics are retained to understand long-term product performance and security. Form submissions are retained while relevant to the request or business relationship. You may request access or deletion by emailing [email protected].
